We fill aerosol cans that require vigorous shaking to mix the product. Currently, we either have people on the filling line pick up the cans and vigorously shake them, or we put cases into a 5-gallon paint shaker and shake them for about 3 minutes. We’d like to automate the shaking in-line during the filling process. Is this something you can help us with?

Using a vibrator to replicate the motion created by manual shaking or using a paint shaker is extremely difficult. Depending on how the product responds to frequency or amplitude would drive our recommendation.
