I am looking for a product to compact a 1,700-pound Gaylord of plastic pellets. I would like something that we can put right in-line. What do you recommend?

Having a vibratory compaction table incorporated into your production line is the perfect way to increase the efficiency of your overall process. We would typically recommend using a rotary electric vibrator such as the XHD™ Series to power the compaction table due to the weight of the product and package.  Our compaction tables can be designed to incorporate a tabletop with fingers that travel up through the conveyor rollers to lift and vibrate the gaylord. Once the compaction process is complete, the gaylord is lowered back onto the rollers. Photos and examples of a compaction table with this design for use in conveyor applications can be seen here.
